At brochi, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your brochi account and all associated data.
To request the deletion of your brochi account and all associated data, please follow these steps:
When you request account deletion, the following data associated with your brochi account will be permanently deleted:
Your name, email address, and authentication credentials
All shared plans, bucket list items, memories, and special moments you've created with your partner
All photos and images stored in your account, including photos associated with plans and memories
Your pairing connection and all associated relationship data
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before proceeding.
If you have an active subscription, you should cancel it through your app store (Apple App Store) before deleting your account. Deleting your account will not automatically cancel your subscription.
Only the host user in a pairing can delete the account. If you are the guest user and wish to delete your account, please contact your partner (the host) or contact us directly at the email address provided below.
Account deletion is typically processed immediately when you confirm the deletion request through the app. However, complete removal of all data from our systems may take up to 30 days.
