Welcome to brochi. These terms and conditions describe the rules and regulations for the use of our mobile application.
By using brochi, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our application.
To use brochi, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use brochi only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the application for illegal, harmful, or rights-violating activities.
You retain all rights to the content you upload to brochi. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content in the application.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
brochi offers premium features through subscription. Payments are processed through Apple and Google app stores. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
We do not offer refunds. However, we provide a free trial period so you can evaluate the application before subscribing.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms.
brochi is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will be free from errors or interruptions.
In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of brochi.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after publication in the application.

brochi uses third-party services to provide specific functionalities. Images are stored using Cloudflare, user authentication is handled through Supabase, and optional analytics run through PostHog only when you grant consent. These services have their own privacy policies and terms of service.
Optional analytics (PostHog) are initialized only after you explicitly allow them inside the app. You can revoke this consent at any time from Settings → Analytics without affecting your access to brochi.
